Hello!

I encountered the same problem on a Vitodens 100. I also expected it to be synchronized via the Internet. But it seems not.
I solved the problem by setting the date and time directly from the boiler.
See how to do it in the boiler's documentation.

Sebastian Vlaicu

Hi, I recently had a Vitoden 050-W 30kW Combi boiler installed and the timing on the system is an hour wrong, I am having to set the heating an hour later so it comes on when I need it too. How do I put this right? I'd have thought as it is connected to the wi-fi, it would correct itself however it has now been like this for 2 months :(.

So to clarify, if I want my heating on at 7am, I have to set the timer for 8am and for it to go off at 10pm, timer is set at 9pm.

Thanks for the advise however in the 050-W operation instructions there is no info on this topic. My engineer who installed it says it needs to be put into engineer mode, he has since said a Viessmann engineer should be able to dial in remotely to correct the problem. I will look at the installation details tonight to see if there is anything in there.
