I sent an invite to my wife but when she wants to confirm her registration in the ViCare app she gets a message that not all the fields are completed. But they are. We use ViCare on iPhones.

Hello Pak0 sorry, but that´s a bug which will be fixed with the next update of the app.

@ede321: Es handelt sich dabei leider um einen Bug in der App, welcher aber mit dem nächsten Update gefixed wird.
